Common Name : Pharaoh's Fig Scientific Name: Ficus sycomorus
Description: This odd ficus produces its fruit on thin branches arising from the trunk or even the roots of the plant. The base, therefore, is often covered with hundreds of tiny fruits. (Unfortunately, the Zoo's specimen is currently located in a non-public area.)
